Lindsey Ridgway

Lindsey is a Research Assistant for the HSRP, where she publishes the Human Security Research eNewsletter and manages the cataloging of resources in the Human Security Gateway. She also assists in research for the annual Human Security Report.

Lindsey completed her bachelor’s degree at Simon Fraser University, with a major in international studies and an extended minor in contemporary dance. Her research interests include conflict transformation, displacement, human rights, gender issues, and art for social change.

 Previously, Lindsey produced the Human Security News Daily and Weekly eNewsletters and contributed to the Pakistan and Afghanistan Conflict Monitors. As well, Lindsey has volunteered with the Umoja Operation Compassion Society in Vancouver, BC and with Amigos de las Américas in Nicaragua during the summer of 2007.
