Wendy Fehr

Wendy Fehr is the Development Director at the Human Security Report Project (HSRP). In this capacity, Wendy pursues funding opportunities to support the HSRP. She also reports to funders on the use of their resources in achieving the outcomes of the Project.

Wendy has a master’s degree in international development studies from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax and a bachelor’s degree in English and women’s studies from the University of Calgary. Wendy has extensive experience working on issues related to forced and economic migration and on the prevention of sexual and gender-based violence within the migration context.

Prior to working with the HSRP, Wendy worked with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, with the Special Rapporteur on Violence against Women for the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, and with Immigrant Services Calgary.
