The Human Security Report Project (HSRP) strives to make its research on trends in human insecurity around the world both policy-relevant and accessible to non-specialists. Since media coverage is one of the most effective ways of disseminating news about new research findings, the HRSP pays particular attention to media outreach. In recent years the HSRP has become a much-cited source of data and analysis for journalists working on global security issues.
